As someone who has traveled a long and sometimes challenging path to healing, I believe in the deep power of healing from within. We are all connected, and understanding this helps us support each other as we navigate our journeys. After experiencing profound loss, I learned that genuine emotional connection is essential for healing. This revelation inspired me to become the guide I once needed. Through practices like yoga, meditation, and Reiki, I discovered the incredible potential for self-healing and transformation. Each challenge I’ve faced has shown me that our struggles are universal, reminding me that sharing our stories fosters collective healing. Our founder, Emelie Woodruff, is a dedicated Energy facilitator Prana (Life-force), Reiki I & II practitioner, Yoga and meditation instructor, with a passion for helping others discover their inner divinity.
